We'll work together to implement small changes over time that have a lasting effect.  Together, we'll improve your lifestyle rather than dieting or focusing on deprivation.

1:1 or Group Coaching

Is it difficult to pull your employees away from their desks for a workshop?  Are your employees in different locations?  1:1 Coaching is the answer.

Each employee experiences a 15 or 30 minute wellness coaching session with Blue Avocado at your office or virtually, depending on their location.

Together we'll work to achieve individual wellness goals such as:

  • increasing energy

  • building resilience

  • improving sleep

  • reducing stress

  • losing weight

  • resolving digestion issues

At the end of every coaching session, each employee will have healthy lifestyle action steps in the areas that they feel need the most attention.
